Delivery With Care

Regardless of the size or nature of your furniture we will deliver with upmost care to ensure that it arrives with you in perfect condition.

We use a variety of different logistics partners depending on the size and nature of the items for delivery or installation. Many of our standard items of furniture will be careful boxed or crated by us and delivered by one of our logistics partners, this will be by a single delivery person and to the ground floor of the property only. Very large pieces, Bespoke pieces or anything requiring a particularly specialised handling may be delivered by us in person or using a more specialised service. If one of these services are required or you wish to request one, then this will be taken into consideration when quoting a final price. Please contact us if you need specific type of delivery or installation service and we can discuss your needs. Please note that these services are limited according to the destination country or address.

We check all our products and packaging before any item leaves the workshop and ensure that they are in perfect condition. Please inspect your order on arrival and do not sign for them unless you are sure they have arrived in good condition. If you cannot inspect the contents of the box on arrival, then please make sure that you specify that you have inspected the box only and commented on the condition of the box if possible. Be sure to check the contents and report any damage within 24hrs. If you have signed for the delivery of the goods and later find there is damage and have not reported it within the allotted time, the delivery company will not assume liability and the goods will not be covered by any insurance. In this eventuality we can discuss any damage and repairs and the costs involved to rectify the situation. It is important to keep the original packaging until you are completely satisfied there is no damage, as the delivery company will want to inspect the original packaging in the event of a claim. 

With our experience and knowledge, we package our furniture to ensure they stay in perfect condition during transit. It is therefore important that if you wish to return the goods for any reason, that the original packaging is kept until you are completely satisfied with your order, as we can only accept returns if they are returned in their original packaging and with the same level of care.

International 

We will happily ship our furniture internationally and work with trusted logistics partners to ensure the safe and secure arrival of your furniture. Enquiries for international delivery should be made prior to placing an order and we can quote on a specific order by order basis.

Volume Orders

For large volume trade orders, we will be in contact to arrange an appropriate method of delivery. Please ensure any access requirements or specifics are passed on at the time of making the order enquiry.
